A Message from the Principals

Hello Sheboygan Falls Families!

Can you believe we are almost to the end of the school year? So hard to believe! The amount of learning and growing all of our students (and staff) have done this year is remarkable. We are not done yet and look forward to the remainder of the year’s learning and activities. From concerts, to informances, field trips and field day there are so many memorable moments planned for the remainder of our school year!  As we near the end of the year, a few reminders ...

Recess & Handbook Info:

The end of the year is near and let’s remember to finish strong and safe by following our arrival and dismissal procedures, chaperone duties, and school celebrations. As we know, Spring weather is constantly changing, per the handbook: All students are expected to go outside for recess, weather permitting. An exception would be if the child had a doctor’s excuse, which we will need in writing. Keeping this in mind, remember to bring / wear appropriate shoes and coats so we can have safe and fun play outside! Recess is a great time for students to practice their social skills, have a brain and movement break, and have fun!

Volunteers:

A reminder that to be a volunteer, a Secure Background check and the Title IX online Vector training (good for 1 year) must be completed.

Junior Falcon Leader:

New for the end of the year! Students who demonstrated exceptional character, responsibility, and leadership throughout their time in 4th grade have been selected as a Junior Falcon Leader for their above- and beyond behavior — a special recognition awarded to students who embody the values we strive to instill in our school community and beyond. As a Junior Falcon Leader, your child will have the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibilities that support our school and serve as a positive role model for others.

Thank you for your partnership in education,

Jen & Jess

Reminder: Family Engagement Survey

Our District values your feedback! As communicated, we are surveying the School District of Sheboygan Falls families to gain insight into your perception of our School and District effectiveness. We need your feedback to ensure we continue to provide high-quality, rigorous learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners and prepare them for college and careers.

To administer these surveys, we have partnered with Panorama Education to conduct our 2025 Family Engagement Survey. Panorama safeguards your privacy, keeping your responses confidential. The survey shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to complete and will be a valuable source of information for us as we work to make our schools as good as they can be.

Thank you to everyone who has already completed the survey! If you have not yet had an opportunity, please, you may complete the survey online up until May 30th, 2025, using a computer, tablet, or smartphone by clicking on the following link (Note if you have children in multiple buildings in the District, select the building you would most like to give feedback on  in the first section of the survey): https://surveys.panoramaed.com/sheboyganfallswi/7550049359/surveys

Thank you for your thoughtful responses! If you have any questions about the survey administration, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office.

Help us grow! Consider a sponsorship!

REMINDER: Fond du Lac Avenue Road Closure

Fond du Lac Avenue Road Closure begins Monday, March 31st

A big thanks to everyone as we have worked hard to navigate our new drop off and pick up procedures due to the Fond du Lac Ave Construction.

We have taken feedback and made changes as needed.

Thank you for being flexible with the changes!

**REMINDERS: WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:**

Increased Traffic and Delays: Please expect significant traffic congestion and delays during pick-up and drop-off.

Alternate Routes: We recommend planning alternate routes to and from the school. Please review this GUIDE and EXPLANATION VIDEO for traffic plans and new drop-off/pick-up procedures.

Bus Riders: The bus company will pick up students 5 minutes earlier than the current pick-up time.  Please plan to have students ready on time.   This applies to all bus riders (ES, MS, HS).

Extra Time: Please allow ample extra time for your commute to and from school.

Patience and Cooperation: We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Please be mindful of other drivers, pedestrians, and school staff directing traffic.
